Technical description of the services |
RoHS Directive:
- Verification of products according to Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Cominidad restrictions on the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, known as RoHS for its acronym in English.
- Determination of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium.
- Determination of flame retardants brominated PBBs and PBDEs.
- Analysis and tests according to IEC 62321.
Mercury lamps:
- Determination of mercury in straight fluorescent lamps and compact, according to Decision 2002/747/EC and IEC 62554.
RAEE Directive (WEEE):
- Verification of products and processes according to Directive 2002/96/EC of the European Cominidad on waste electrical and electronic equipment, called WEEE directive (or WEEE, for its acronym in English).
- Analysis and testing of the products obtained.
- Sampling for testing and ensuring the chain of custody.
- Product inspection, inspection of boarding and inspection of plant.
- Inspection of treatment plants and recovery of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
REACH:
- Verification of products according to Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, the European Cominidad concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
Determining, among other substances restricted by:
- Tin and lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury, arsenic.
- Toluene, benzene, chlorinated solvents and chlorinated paraffins.
- Azo dyes.
- Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH)
- Phthalic acid esters (phthalates)
